For Debbie family comes first, followed by interests in hiking, rock climbing, gardening and cooking.

Cam Westvold brings a strong sales and business management background to The Caprio Group. Her 7 years experience as a real estate professional is in new home sales and construction as well as a Listing Specialist in residential homes, and as a Buyer's Specialist. Cam is also an Accredited Home Staging Professional Master and helps every client prepare their home to be sold for top dollar. Cam is actively involved with her family and continues to enjoy volley ball and tennis from her coaching days at Chico state University.

SHASHI PATEL


Shashi Patel adds to The Caprio Group 5 years of real estate experience as a professional buyer's representative. His 17 years as a business owner, his degree in accounting obtained in Bombai-India, and his life as a child in Uganda, East Africa lends to his ease in working with a variety of cultures. Shashi spends his spare time with his wife of 30 years or working with his stamp and music collection. He's also very proud of his son who has recently begun his residency at one of the U.S.'s top ten hospitals.

Rene Hunerlach brings 18 years of experience as a Real Estate Administrator and Licensed Escrow Manager to our group. She has opened and closed many escrows, assuring that the transactions run smoothly from start to finish. To achieve this result, she coordinates the transfer of the many required documents from party to party, she helps facilitate exceptional communication between the client, the lender and the escrow company and helps to identify, prevent and correct situations before they become issues. First Time Buyers >Good Faith Estimates

Several years ago the U.S. Congress tried to protect consumers from a few unscrupulous lenders by requiring all lenders to calculate and disclose the annual percentage rate (APR) you pay on your mortgage loan. But most homebuyers will learn more by directing their attention to the Good Faith Estimate of Settlement Costs (GFE). Although Congress meant well, in practice the APR is not helpful and may be confusing.

If you are looking for a good way to understand your costs of borrowing and/or to compare one lender's costs to another, the GFE is your best bet. Get your lender(s) to provide a written GFE before you commit your mortgage business. When reviewing a GFE, keep in mind that the lender actually controls only a certain portion of the disclosed costs. Other parties typically control costs of appraisal, settlement, title insurance, recording fees and taxes, survey, and the "prepaid" expenses of homeowner's insurance, mortgage insurance, real estate taxes, etc. Review these origination fees, discount points, etc. and you will have the ability to understand the full costs of your proposed mortgage loan.
